Section 1

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Gaming Clubs (Hours and Charges) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st May 1993.

(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.

Section 2

Regulation 5(1) of the Gaming Clubs (Hours and Charges) (Scotland) Regulations 1984( ) shall be amended as follows:–

(a) for the sum “£6.20” in both places where it occurs there shall be substituted the sum “£6.40”; and

(b) for the sum “£4.65” in both places where it occurs there shall be substituted the sum “£4.80”.

Section 3

The Gaming Clubs (Hours and Charges) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1992( ), are hereby revoked.
