This Order may be cited as the Gipsy Encampments (Metropolitan District of Sefton) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 13th May 1993.

The area of the Metropolitan District of Sefton is designated as an area to which section 10 of the Caravan Sites Act 1968 (prohibition of unauthorised camping in designated areas) applies.
