Section 1Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Fisheries Committees (Fees for Copy Byelaws) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 21st May 1993.

Section 2Amendment of Sea Fisheries Regulation Act 1966

In section 9(1) of the Sea Fisheries Regulation Act 1966 the following words shall be omitted—

on payment of a sum not exceeding one penny for each copy
