Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Legal Aid in Family Proceedings (Remuneration) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 27th May 1993.

Section 2
In regulation 2(1) of the Legal Aid in Family Proceedings (Remuneration) Regulations 1991 after sub-paragraph (c), in the definition of “prescribed family proceedings”, there shall be added the following sub-paragraph:—
(d) proceedings under sections 20 or 27 of the Child Support Act 1991 in the High Court, a county court or a magistrates' court.
