These Regulations may be cited as the Emulsifiers and Stabilisers in Food (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 31st May 1993.

The Emulsifiers and Stabilisers in Food (Amendment) Regulations 1993
In these Regulations “the English and Welsh Regulations ” means the Emulsifiers and Stabilisers in Food Regulations 1989 and “the Scottish Regulations ” means the Emulsifiers and Stabilisers in Food (Scotland) Regulations 1989 .
In Part II of Schedule 1 to, respectively, the English and Welsh Regulations and the Scottish Regulations there shall be added, after the words “Commission Directive 90/612/ EEC ” in the entry relating to E473 Sucrose esters of fatty acids, the words “and Article 1 of Commission Directive 92/4/EEC ” .
