Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Exemption) (Boothferry Borough Council) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 19th February 1993.

Section 2Exemption of maintenance of ground

Maintenance of ground by the Boothferry Borough Council shall not be treated as a defined activity so long as it consists of grass-cutting work and is undertaken before 1st April 1994.
