Section 1

The Lincolnshire County Council (Tattershall Bridge Reconstruction) Scheme 1991 is hereby confirmed with modifications.

Section 2

The said Scheme as confirmed (hereinafter referred to as “the Scheme”) is set out in the Schedule hereto and copies of the Scheme with its accompanying plans are deposited at the offices of the Department of Transport, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY and at the offices of the Lincolnshire County Council, County Offices, Newland, Lincoln LN1 1 YP.

Section 3

The Scheme will become operative on the date on which notice that it has been confirmed is first published in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Highways Act 1980.

Section 4

This Instrument may be cited as the Lincolnshire County Council (Tattershall Bridge Reconstruction) Scheme 1991 Confirmation Instrument 1993.

Section 1

The County Council are authorised to construct over the navigable waters of the River Witham the bridge specified in the Schedule to this Scheme as part of the highway which they are proposing to construct from a point on the Honington to Louth Road (A153) 170 metres southwest of the western bank of the River Witham to a point on the A153 90 metres north-east of the eastern bank of the River Witham at Tattershall Bridge in the Parishes of Dogdyke in the District of North Kesteven and Tattershall in the District of East Lindsey in the County of Lincoln.

This Scheme may be cited as the Lincolnshire County Council (Tattershall Bridge Reconstruction) Scheme 1991.
