Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Testing in Primary Schools (Scotland) Revocation Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 16th February 1993.

Section 2Revocation

The Testing in Primary Schools (Scotland) Regulations 1990 and the Testing in Primary Schools (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1991 are hereby revoked.
