Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st June 1993.

Section 2

(1) Schedule 1 to the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) Regulations 1992 shall be amended as follows.

(2) In item 1–

(a) in the third column, there shall be added–

“92/97/ EEC ”;

(b) in the fourth column, there shall be added–

“L371, 19.12.92, p.1”.

(3) Item 48 shall be re-numbered item 51 and before that item as so re-numbered there shall be inserted the following item–
