Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Maximum Number of Judges (No.2) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 13th May 1993.

Section 2

Section 4(1)(e) of the Supreme Court Act 1981 , prescribing the maximum number of puisne judges of the High Court, shall be amended so as further to increase the maximum number of those judges to 98.
