Section 1 Citation, commencement, application and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Food Premises (Registration) (Welsh Form of Application) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 11th June 1993.

(2) These Regulations apply only to applications for the registration of premises which are in Wales.

(3) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations ” means the Food Premises (Registration) Regulations 1991 .

Section 2 Applications for registration of food premises

The form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations is hereby prescribed as the version in Welsh which may be used for the purpose of an application under regulation 4 of the principal Regulations instead of the form in Schedule 4 to the principal Regulations (form of application for registration of food premises).
