Section 1
This Scheme may be cited as the Dyfed-Powys Police Amalgamation (Amendment) (No. 2) Scheme 1993 and shall come into force on 1st June 1993.

The Dyfed-Powys Police (Amalgamation) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1993
Section 2
For paragraph 3(3) of Schedule 2 to the Dyfed-Powys Police Amalgamation Scheme 1973 there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—
(3) For the purposes of sub-paragraph (2) above the population of an area shall be that population as estimated by the Registrar General of Births, Deaths and Marriages as at 30th June in the year two years preceding the financial year in question.
