Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Post Office (Abolition of Import Restrictions) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 22nd June 1993.

Section 2
In section 63(5) of the Post Office Act 1953 (which prohibits the importation into the United Kingdom of fictitious postage stamps and dies, plates, instruments and materials for making them) after the words “United Kingdom” there shall be inserted the words “from a place outside the member States”.
