Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Legal Aid (Scope) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 27th May 1993.

Section 2

In paragraph 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Legal Aid Act 1988 the following sub-paragraph shall be added at the end—

(h) appeals under section 20, where they are to be made to a magistrates' court , and proceedings under section 27 of the Child Support Act 1991 .
