Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Non-Domestic Rating (Payment of Interest) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 6th July 1993.

Section 2Amendment of Regulations
Regulation 3(2A) of the Non-Domestic Rating (Payment of Interest) Regulations 1990 is amended by the insertion after the words “in consequence of the Non-Domestic Rating Act 1992” of the words “or, as the case may be, the Non-Domestic Rating Act 1993.”.
