Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Rent Act 1977 (Forms etc.) (Welsh Forms and Particulars) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 13th July 1993.

(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations ” means the Rent Act 1977 (Forms etc.) Regulations 1980 .

Section 2Citation and commencement

The forms set out in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby prescribed as versions in Welsh which may be used instead of the corresponding forms in the Schedule to the principal Regulations for the purposes set out in regulations 3 and 4 of the principal Regulations.

Section 3Citation and commencement

Forms substantially to the like effect to the forms set out in the Schedule to these Regulations may be used.
