Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Special Trustees for the Royal London Hospital (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 19th July 1993.

(2) In this Order:—

“the Special Trustees” means the Special Trustees for the Royal London Hospital;

“the Trust” means the Royal London Hospital and Associated Community Services National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Trust and the Special Trustees on 11th January 1993 which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Trust and the Special Trustees.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 19th July 1993 the trust property shall be transferred from the Trust to the Special Trustees.
