Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Shropshire’s Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1993 and shall come into force on 5th February 1993.

Section 2Amendment of NHS TRust Establishment Order

In article 2 of the Shropshire’s Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 for the words “North West Anglia Health Care” there shall be substitued the words “Shropshire’s Mental Health”.
