Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Department of Transport (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1993 and shall come into force forthwith.

Section 2

Schedule 1 to the Department of Transport (Fees) Order 1988 shall be amended—

(a) in Table III by substituting for each entry in column (3) which relates to paragraph 9 or 10 in column (1) the words “Paragraphs 1 to 8.”; and

(b) in Table VI by substituting for each entry in column (3) which relates to paragraph 1A or 4 in column (1) the words “Paragraphs 1 to 8.”.
