Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Large Goods and Passenger-Carrying Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 16th July 1993.

Section 2

(1) The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Large Goods and Passenger-Carrying Vehicles) Regulations 1990 shall be amended in accordance with the following provision of this regulation.

(2) In paragraph (2) of regulation 15 (Applications for tests) for sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraphs—

(a) in respect of a test to be conducted on a day other than a Saturday—

(i) £55.50 if the application for the test is made before 16th July 1993, and

(ii) £60 if the application is made on or after that date;

(b) in respect of a test to be conducted on a Saturday—

(i) £75 if the application for the test is made before 16th July 1993, and

(ii) £77.50 if the application is made on or after that date.
