Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Eastbourne and County Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 12th August 1993.

(2) In this Order—

“the Authority” means East Sussex Health Authority;

“the Trust” means the Eastbourne and County Healthcare National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by Eastbourne Health Authority and the Trust on 28th February 1993, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both Eastbourne Health Authority and the Trust.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 12th August 1993 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.
