Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Northern Devon Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 12th August 1993.
(2) In this Order—
“the Authority” means Exeter and North Devon Health Authority;
“the Trust” means the Northern Devon Healthcare National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by Exeter and North Devon Health Authority and the Trust on 13th May 1993, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both Exeter and North Devon Health Authority and the Trust.
