Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the City of London (Non-Domestic Rating Multiplier) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 28th February 1993.

Section 2Prescribed percentage

The percentage prescribed for a chargeable financial year beginning in or after 1993 for the purposes of item B in paragraph 9(4) of Schedule 7 to the Local Government Finance Act 1988 is 99 per cent.
