Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Civil Courts (Amendment) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st September 1993.

Section 2

(1) For the purposes of section 33(1) of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984, the Morpeth County Court shall be a divorce county court.

(2) The amendment set out in the Schedule to this Order shall be made to the Civil Courts Order 1983 .
