Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Cardiothoracic Centre–Liverpool National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1993 and shall come into force on 27th July 1993.

Section 2Amendment of Establishment Order

In article 4 of the Cardiothoracic Centre-Liverpool National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990 for the words “4 non-executive” there shall be substituted “5 non-executive” and for the words “4 executive” there shall be substituted “5 executive”.
