Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Colleges of Further Education (Changes of Names) (Scotland) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 17th August 1993.

Section 2Changes of names of colleges of further education
The name of each college of further education specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order is changed to the name specified opposite that name in column 2 of that Schedule, and a corresponding change is made to the name of the board of management of each college of further education so specified.
