Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Teddington Memorial Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1993 and shall come into force on 5th August 1993.

Section 2 Amendment of Establishment Order

In the Teddington Memorial Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993( )–

(a) in article 1(2) the definition of “establishment date” shall be omitted;

(b) in article 4 for the words “4 non-executive” there shall be substituted “3 non-executive” and for the words “4 executive” there shall be substituted “3 executive”;

(c) in article 6 for the words “its establishment date” there shall be substituted “5th August 1993”.
