Section 2Provisions coming into force on 1st April 1993
The following provisions of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 shall come into force on 1st April 1993—
(a) paragraphs 1, 27, 28 and 94 of Schedule 13; and
(b) so much of Schedule 14 as relates to the Local Government Finance and Valuation Act 1991 .
Section 3Pecuniary interests of local authority members
(1) Article 3(1)(a) of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional Provision) Order 1992 is amended by the deletion of the figures “32,”.
(2) Paragraph 32 of Schedule 13 to the Local Government Finance Act 1992 shall come into force on 1st February 1993.
