The Dartford–Thurrock Crossing (Amendment) Regulations 1993

Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Dartford–Thurrock Crossing (Amend-ment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st September 1993.

Section 2

The Dartford–Thurrock Crossing Regulations 1989 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations.

Section 3

In regulation 5(1) in the table there set out in the third column headed “Charge”–

(a) for “£34” wherever it occurs there shall be substituted “£35”; and

(b) for “£157” wherever it occurs there shall be substituted “£160”.

Section 4

In regulation 6(1) for “6th edition issued in 1991” there shall be substituted “7th edition issued in 1993” .

Section 5

In regulation 12(1) in the table there set out–

(a) in column (1) headed “Minimum Charge”–

(i) for “£48” there shall be substituted “£49”, and

(ii) for “£96” there shall be substituted “£98”;

(b) in column (2) headed “Additional Charge” for “£31” there shall be substituted “£32”.
