Section 1

(1) This Order shall be cited as the Education (London Oratory School) (Exemption from Pay and Conditions Orders) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st September 1993.

(2) This Order applies to the grant-maintained school known as the London Oratory School.

Section 2

With effect from 1st September 1993, subsections (6) and (7) of section 2 of the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Act 1991 shall not apply to the statutory conditions of employment of the school teachers in the London Oratory School.
