Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the St Vincent’s Home Instrument of Management (Variation) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 5th March 1993.

Section 2 Variation of Order

The St Vincent’s Home Instrument of Management Order 1983 shall be varied as follows:—

(a) in article 2(1) (interpretation) for the definition of “the home” there shall be substituted ““the home” means the assisted community home situated at 82 Marlborough Avenue, Kingston-upon-Hull and known as St Vincent’s Home”;

(b) in article 3(1) (purpose and nature of home) for the number “18” there shall be substituted the number “6”.
