Section 1Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Tuberculosis (Deer) (Amendment) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 30th August 1993.

Section 2Amendment

For Article 13 of the Tuberculosis (Deer) Order 1989 there shall be substituted the following—
(13)
(1) No person shall move any deer on to or off any premises unless it is marked or identified in a manner approved by the appropriate Minister.
(2) No person shall move the carcase of any deer (other than wild deer) on to or off any premises unless it is marked or identified in a manner approved by the appropriate Minister.
(3) No person shall test any deer for tuberculosis unless the deer has been marked or identified in a manner approved by the appropriate Minister.
