These Regulations may be cited as the Local Authorities (Capital Finance) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 6th September 1993.

Section 2
The Local Authorities (Capital Finance) Regulations 1990 shall be amended as follows—
(a) in regulation 26A, in the definition of “relevant amount”, by the insertion after “any amount” of “for the time being” and the omission of “on or before 31st March 1992”;
(b) in regulation 26C, by the omission of paragraphs (1) and (2).
