Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 1993 (Commencement No. 2 Transitional Provisions and Savings) (Scotland) Order 1993.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.

The Criminal Justice Act 1993 (Commencement No. 2 Transitional Provisions and Savings) (Scotland) Order 1993
Section 2
(1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this Article, section 67(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1993 shall come into force on 16th August 1993.
(2) Section 67(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1993 shall not apply in relation to any offence committed before 16th August 1993.
