Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Renovation etc.Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Welsh Forms and Particulars) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 16th September 1993.

Section 2 Amendments

The Housing Renovation etc Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Welsh Forms and Particulars) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 are amended as follows:

(a) in Schedule 1 (amendments to Form 1 and Form 2)—

(i) in paragraph 2, before “there is substituted” insert the words “in Form 1 (Ffurflen 1);”

(ii) after paragraph 2, insert the following—

(2A) For question 1.16 (cwestiwn 1.16) in Form 2 (Ffurflen 2) there is substituted—

(iii) in paragraph 3, after the word “against” insert the words ““Lwfans gweini” and against”.

(b) In Schedule 2 (amendments to Form 3), in paragraph 3 after the word “against” insert the words “Lwfans gweini” and “against”.
