Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (Commencement No.2) (Scotland) Order 1993.

Section 2Commencement

The provisions of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 specified in Schedules 1 and 2 to this Order shall come into force on 27th September 1993 and 1st April 1994 respectively.
