Section 1

(1) These Rules may be cited as the County Court (Forms) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1993.

(2) In these Rules, a form referred to by number means the form so numbered in the Schedule to the County Court (Forms) Rules 1982 and “the Schedule” means that Schedule.

Section 2

There shall be substituted in the Schedule, for forms N.2, N.5, N.6, N.26, N.27, N.27(1), N.27(2), N.28, N.29 and N.31, the forms contained in Schedule 1 to these Rules.

Section 3

There shall be inserted in the Schedule, after forms N.5, N.11, N.26 and N.118, the forms contained in Schedule 2 to these Rules.

Section 4

Form N.7 in the Schedule shall be omitted.
