This Order may be cited as the Right to Purchase (Loan Application) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1993 and shall come into force on 27th September 1993.

Section 2Citation and commencement
The form in the Schedule to the Right to Purchase (Loan Application) (Scotland) Order 1980 is amended as follows:–
(a) at the end of the first paragraph there shall be inserted the following paragraph:–
You cannot apply for a loan from any of the bodies mentioned above if you are applying to purchase under the rent to loan scheme.
(b) in section 5 for “industrial disease benefit:” there shall be substituted “industrial disablement benefit:”.
