Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st October 1993.

Section 2

(1) Schedule 1 to the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) Regulations 1992 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In item 2—
(a) in the third column, there shall be added—
93/59/ EEC
(b) in the fourth column, there shall be added—
L186, 28.7.93, p.21
