Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Amendment (No.3) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 15th September 1993.

Section 2 Amendment of principal Order

The Schedule to the Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Order 1989 is hereby amended by substituting, for paragraph (i) of the last entry in column 2 of that Schedule (last date for disposal of appeals and complaints), the following paragraph:–

(i) 15th October in the third year following the year of revaluation;

Section 3 Revocation

The Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Amendment (No.2) Order 1993 is hereby revoked.
