Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990 (Commencement No.12) Order 1993.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order–

“ the Act ” means the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990.

Section 3 Commencement

Sections 10, 11 and 12 of the Act (small trusts, expenditure of capital and dormant accounts of charities) shall come into force on 15th September 1993.
