Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Commissioners for Oaths (Authorised Persons)(Fees) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 18th October 1993.

(2) In this Order “commissioner for oaths” means any authorised person under section 113 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990 other than a solicitor to whom the provisions of section 81 of the Solicitors Act 1974 apply.

Section 2

The following fees (inclusive of value added tax where payable) shall be chargedby commissioners for oaths:—
