Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) Orders 1993 Revocation Order 1993 and shall come into force at 1400 hours on 17th September 1993.

Section 2Revocation

The Orders listed in the Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.
