Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Highlands and Islands Rural Enterprise Programme (Revocation) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 15th October 1993.

Section 2Revocation of the Highlands and Islands Rural Enterprise Programme Regulations 1991

After regulation 13 (false statements) of the Highlands and Islands Rural Enterprise Programme Regulations 1991 , there shall be added the following regulation:–
Revocation and saving
(14) These Regulations shall cease to have effect on 1st November 1993 except in relation to applications for financial assistance received by the Secretary of State before that date.
