Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Plant Health Fees (Scotland) Amendment Order 1993 and shall come into force on 19th October 1993.

(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.

Section 2Amendment of the Plant Health Fees (Scotland) Order 1993

In article 2(1) of the Plant Health Fees (Scotland) Order 1993 , in the definition of “authority” for the words “article 14” there shall be substituted the words “article 17”.
