Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Assured and Protected Tenancies (Lettings to Students) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st November 1993.

Section 2

(1) Schedule 1 to the Assured and Protected Tenancies (Lettings to Students) Regulations 1988 is amended by the substitution of the name “Oxford Brookes Housing Association Limited” for “Oxford Polytechnic Housing Association Limited”.

(2) Schedule 2 to the said Regulations is amended by—

(a) the addition of “International Students' Club (Lee Abbey) Limited”; and

(b) the deletion of “Brighton Polytechnic Housing Association Limited”.
