This Order may be cited as the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (Commencement No.16) Order 1993.

Section 2
In this Order “ the Act ” means the Local Government and Housing Act 1989.
Section 3
Sections 67 to 70 and section 72 of the Act so far as they are not already in force, and section 73 of the Act, shall come into force on October 1993.
