Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Finance Act 1993, Section 18, (Appointed Day) Order 1993.

Section 2Appointed Day

The appointed day for the purposes of sub-section (2) of section 18 of the Finance Act 1993 (annual rates of duty on vehicles used for carrying or drawing exceptional loads) shall be 30th November 1993.
