Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Southampton Community Health Services National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 9th November 1993.

(2) In this Order—

“the Authority” means Southampton and South West Hampshire Health Authority;

“the Trust” means the Southampton Community Health Services National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in an agreement relating to trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 27th April 1993, which has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 9th November 1993 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.
