Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Coal Industry Act 1992 (Commencement) Order 1993.
(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Coal Industry Act 1992.

Section 2Commencement of provisions
Section 2 of the Act, Part II of the Schedule to the Act and so much of subsection (3) of section 3 of the Act as relates to the said Part II shall come into force on 20th November 1993.
